I started in Real Estate in 1992 as an investor while working at a large Forest products company as their Data Center Manager. After my initial taste of buying some rental properties, I realized I found the niche in life that I loved. On my next few properties, I had to do some rehab work. While working on these type of properties I realized that this allowed my family to share in my passion. In 1993 I was featured in a national magazine called Smart Money for my Real Estate Investments. In 1994 After accumulating a number of properties and now having a number of my friends wanting me to assist them in their search for the "Right Rental Property" I decided to get my Real Estate license. In 1999 I after accumulating 37 rental properties personally and managing a few properties for other clients I decided to quit the 9-5 job and just continue with my life passion, Buying and Managing rental properties.
Since 1999, My passion has grown stronger and accomplishments larger. Besides running a well respected, top quality Property Management company under the RE/MAX brand, I presently serve on the Georgia Association of Realtors (GAR) Forms Committee as 2010 Chair, 2010 Chair of GAR Technology Committee, 2010 Member of the Board of Directors for Northeast Metro Association of Realtors (NAMAR), 2010 State director for NAMAR and 2010 President of Atlanta chapter of National Association of Residential property managers. My formally held positions were Georgia CRS Chapter Treasurer for two (2) years, and the RE/MAX Advisory Council.
Through hard work and determination I have achieved a number of accomplishments with the Real Estate industry such as Top 10 RE/MAX Agent for the entire State of Georgia two (2) years in a row, Top Three (3) Realtor of all Realtors within Gwinnett county by the Gwinnett board of Realtors (NAMAR) in 2004, Active Life Member of the Million Dollar Club (NAMAR), and a recipient of the RE/MAX Chairman Award (The highest award in the RE/MAX system), two (2) years in a row, just to name a few!
I Feel that i was able to achieve such success by the committe to the traditions of integrity, customer satisfaction and quality service, I believe in the old saying "treat people, as you yourself would expect to be treated". With a record of success in the investment and management of Real Estate portfolios consisting of Homes, Condo's, Duplexes, 4 Plexes, and small apartment communities for corporate and private investors like you, I am well respected in the Real Estate investment community. I believe the one true way to measure ones strength is through outstanding service and continued education. My business has been built on an emphatic commitment of service to my customers.
Finally, but not last. I am committed to my Wife, Children and God. As without their support, understanding, tolerance, and guidance I would have not been able to achieved all the accomplishments in my life and those to come.
