Following the recommendation from the Georgia Department of Public Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, effective Monday, March 16, 2020, our main business offices located in the Edwin Jarvis co-working facility in Avondale Estates and the Peachtree Offices location in downtown Atlanta will be closed to the public until further notice.
Though our offices are closed to the public, our business operations will continue without interruption. Our staff is working full-time to support our clients. The only change tenants will experience is that it will not be possible to hand-deliver in person rent checks, lockboxes, keys or any other items until our office re-opens. Please continue to use your online Tenant Portal to submit maintenance requests, view your ledger, view documents, and pay rent electronically. Employees will still be available by phone and email during regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM). Maintenance both during business hours and emergency service after hours will continue.
Paper rent checks and other items such as lockboxes and keys are being accepted only by mail at the Avondale Estates address below. Personal drop-offs of rent checks or other items are not allowed until further notice. Please continue to mail rent or notices to:

Again, the Edwin Jarvis co-working facility in Avondale Estates and the Peachtree Road office in downtown Atlanta are closed to the public until further notice. The public will not be able to gain access to the buildings. There is NOT an after-hours drop box. Please make any needed arrangements. We apologize for any inconvenience but believe the public safety is best served by these temporary changes.
Our governmental leaders and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have asked all of us to practice social distancing to reduce the impact of the COVID-19 virus. To safeguard the health of both our tenants and our maintenance staff, our maintenance coordinator will evaluate all repair requests and “triage” or rank them. Non-emergency requests may be deferred until the public health situation becomes more clear.
For non-emergency repairs, our staff members will need to reschedule if anyone in the house is sick with COVID-19 virus-type symptoms.
Atlanta Property Management Group will continue our operations without interruption during the coronavirus emergency. During this period we will monitor the instructions given by the CDC and other government agencies in order to safeguard the health of our staff, our tenants and our vendors.

Our technicians are being instructed to stay home if they feel even the slightest hint of COVID-19 virus-type symptoms. Similarly, if a technician observes a tenant displaying symptoms, they are instructed to leave the property immediately.
As we continue to monitor this situation we will update our policies as necessary. Our mission is to keep our customers, employees, and communities safe. We will continue to serve you and do our part in that mission.
