Naomi Taylor and the APM team are great. Naomi does not let any detail slip through the cracks. She maintains a relationship with her tenants as if they here all her personal neighbors, and the property owners like they are close colleagues. Our company is a subcontractor to APM for tree services. The tenants are very pleased and confident in their property managers. APM balances the best interest for the property owners and the tenants.

One of the most professional property management groups I have worked with to date. As a rental tenant, this group is very responsive to property concerns. They do have a very strict rental policy and seem to do a great job with vetting favorable tenants (and property owners). I would certainly lease with the group in the future as well as consider them to manage any of my future property sites. I would certainly recommend this property management group as a first choice. Good quality, value, very professional business model and great staff.

I'm not surprised to see so many 5 star reviews! I've been working with APM for many years and just now read some of the awesome reviews. I don't know a more difficult business to keep everyone happy. Think about it, If you have ever rented a property or been a landlord there is an automatic tension from the start. APM has always taken the time to see to every detail and see the point from all perspectives, even the repair guys perspective. You won't find a better run property management company!! Atlanta Property Management Group managed my property for about 4 years. I highly recommend the company. They are responsive and professional. They are fast to respond to the tenant and they always quickly resolve any issues. Paula Rose was my property manager and she was amazing. She was super helpful even when I was selling my property. She worked with my real estate agent to assist with the transition. Everything went smoothly. The whole time I was living out of state. This is a great company. Excellent customer service with a reasonable price.
