  • Owner funds are disbursed on the 10th business day of each month.
  • Owners receive a 1099 form at year-end for tax preparation.

Rent Collection and Evictions

  • We insist on timely rent payment from tenants.
  • We act promptly when rent is not paid.
  • When necessary, we handle the entire eviction process.
  • Tenants have three rent payment options: Online payment by electronic check, payment by mail, or payment by hand delivery.

Maintenance

  • All maintenance is completed via our sister company, Church Street Home Repair, Inc., a fully licensed and insured Georgia general contractor.
  • We can handle most any repair.
  • We monitor an emergency maintenance hotline 24/7.

Chamblee Area Information

Located in DeKalb County, Chamblee is home of a well-preserved historic-vintage railroad community downtown as well as a booming antiques industry. With a population that peaks at ten thousand, the city offers a quiet respite from busy city life nearby. A center of increased development, the city offers potential residents lofts, townhomes, ranch houses, and a variety of neighborhoods to choose from. The city has both public and private schools, including a Montessori program offering personalized education services to special needs students. It’s no wonder families looking for homes decide on this quiet and relaxing area.

Known for its gorgeous rolling hills, Chamblee was originally dairy farmland. The city didn’t come into existence until the late 1900s where two railroad systems intersected, allowing the Roswell Junction settlement to develop. Remaining rather small until World War I, the area became an important site for US military operations, which led to rapid, unprecedented growth. The city continued to grow post-World War II through the manufacturing industry which was later replaced by various businesses which appealed to the city’s numerous immigrants who had taken advantage of its inexpensive living spaces. To this day, Chamblee is known for its affordability and diversity. Unique for its small size, the city earned its fun nickname “Chambodia,” a reference to its Asian population.

The city has the small-town charm the south is known for mixed with a surprising cosmopolitanism thanks to the diversity of those who call it home. Housing six parks, Chamblee offers a variety of community-oriented recreational activities including youth sports programs, playgrounds, pavilions and picnicking areas, and walking trails. Other ways to become involved include the Keep Chamblee Beautiful organization, the Fourth Friday Concert Series, and many other community-sponsored events.

Although the city is small, it is readily accessible, having a MARTA station which attaches to various destinations including the DeKalb-Peachtree Airport, numerous colleges and universities, and downtown Atlanta.
